, Executive Director
Jenny Ocón became Executive Director of PSP in November of 2007, after serving as PSP's Director of Program and Training since 2005.
She oversees the organization and is involved in training, dissemination and advocacy efforts locally and nationally to integrate family
support and leadership into systems that serve families. Prior to PSP, Jenny was Community Programs Director at the Children's Network
of Solano County, overseeing a network of family resource centers - and coordinating efforts to develop/expand community-based programs
that integrated services and blended funding. She has provided training and technical assistance on a wide range of issues, including parent
engagement/leadership and development/assessment of family support programs. Jenny also brings community organizing and policy advocacy experience
through prior work with regional and statewide immigrant-rights organizations in California. Jenny holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from
Washington University in St. Louis.

, Founder
Ethel Seiderman is the co-Founder of PSP, Inc. Ms. Seiderman was the Executive Director until November 2007 and was engaged in training, replication,
dissemination and advocacy efforts to integrate family support principles and practices into systems serving children and families throughout the United States.
She is the recipient of numerous awards and honors, including the Senator Barbara Boxer’s sponsored "Women Making History" award and the Marin
County "Women’s Hall of Fame" award. Ethel holds a Masters of Arts Degree. Lifetime California Teaching Credential in "Early Childhood Education"
and lifetime Credential as California Community College Instructor.

Bill Jordan, MPA,
Director of Finance
Bill Jordan comes to PSP from New York where he was the Associate Director of Operations for Queens Children's Psychiatric Center. He has extensive
experience in project and fiscal management, grant writing and leadership development. Bill did his graduate work in California and additional two-year
post-graduate work at Cornell University and New York Rockefeller Institute of Government in Management Development. Bill brings strong fiscal and administrative
skills to the organization.

, Director of Training and Program
Kim Johnson oversees the program development, training and technical assistance efforts of PSP, and supports networks of trainers, leaders and organizers.
She comes to PSP from the Children's Network of Solano County in Fairfield where she was the Child Care Programs Director. She staffed the Local Child Care
and Development Planning Council and administered the Council's projects which aimed to improve the quality, affordability, and accessibility of child care
and development services. Kim is also the former Co-Chair Elect and Public Policy Chair for the California Child Care Coordinators' Association.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare emphasis in Sociology and a Minor in Education from the University of California, Berkeley. Kim is a Bay Area native.

, Human Resources & Information Systems Manager
Connie Del Rosal brings years of experience working in the non-profit, corporate and business environment. Connie keeps the financial records of PSP
and manages the Human Resources department. She has strong background in computer related matters and web designing. Connie maintains the PSP website and is also
responsible for all computer technology in house. She supports all functions of program administration. Connie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

, Project and Training Manager, Early Childhood Programs
Lee Lesser is a Lead Trainer for the Parent Services Project, conducting trainings, mentoring trainers and supporting community initiatives.
As co-author of PSP's curriculum, Making Room in the Circle: Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Families in Early Childhood Settings
she has been instrumental in expanding the awareness and commitment to equity for LGBT families in many communities throughout the country.
Lee has also trained extensively using PSP's Stronger Together curriculum. For over thirty years she has worked in the field of early childhood,
as a family childcare provider, preschool teacher, site supervisor, college instructor, trainer and consultant. She was co-chair of BANDTEC, A
Network for Diversity Training and also the LGBT ECE Initiative. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, (Psychology,
Sociology and Education) from Oberlin College, Ohio and a Masters of Science Degree in Education from Bank Street College in New York.

, Community Engagement Specialist & Mentores
Coordinator
Hugo Morel was the Spanish Teacher in New York City
for many years before moving to California. He worked
as a Behavioral Specialist for different schools in
Marin County, where he helped many families with
behavior problems. Hugo was the Family Advocate for
Marin Head Star. Currently, Hugo works with the Male
Involvement group and he is the Mentor Coordinator working with families in
the Canal Area with kids under five.

, Raising A Reader Coordinator and ECE Family Support Specialist
Maria Cristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Development with a minor in Family Support combined with a solid background in the design, monitoring and evaluation of Social Projects from her experience as a student at the United Nations University for Peace. She works closely with preschools in Marin County as the Raising a Reader Coordinator and ECE Family Support Specialist.
She has many years of experience working with community settings in her native Ecuador as well as immigrant families from Central America and Mexico in her prior experiences as a Parent Educator and Family Mentor for the Even Start Program and the Director for the San Pedro Family Literacy Program in San Rafael, California.

, Parent Leadership Coordinator
Amy Griffin-Vieira is the Parent Leadership Coordinator for PSP's local and national trainings. She also provides site-specific technical assistance to staff and parent leaders at elementary and middle schools to strengthen and promote family engagement practices . Amy joins PSP from Miami-Dade County Public Schools, where she taught third grade through the Miami Teaching Fellows Program. Prior to the elementary classroom, she worked at Agenda for Children Tomorrow in New York City with parent advocates, developing parent resource centers to connect families to each other and their communities. She has also taught in early childhood settings and has a strong background advocating for social justice issues .
Amy holds a Bachelor's of Art in Sociology from City University of New York Hunter College..

, Community Outreach Coordinator
Florencia Parada has been involved with PSP and the community for the past 5 years joining the PSP team in the Mentores Project as a Mentora. Florencia also works for Fairfax-San Anselmo Children's Center (FSACC) as a Family Advocate and Parent Services Coordinator. She was awarded the "2005 Volunteer of the year" for the FSACC and she continues to build strong relationships to provide classes, outings and multiple types of support for parents and families in the community. Florencia is from El Salvador, San Salvador and holds a degree in Communication from UCA in El Salvador.

, Community Mentor
Claudia Canjura brings her experience working with families as a Mentora from First Five Marin in the Canal area providing information of community resources in Marin County. Also, Claudia has been the Program Coordinator for Aprendiendo Juntos at Pickleweed Park for 3 years. Claudia is the Community Mentor for Parent Services Project. She assists families with children under five to access the resources they need in order to have their children healthy and ready for school. Claudia is always willing to work to make a positive contribution in the lives of young families.

Claire Ervin assists both the Director of Operations and the Executive Director. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in French and Francophone
Studies, as well as a Bachelors of Arts in Studio Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and is bilingual in French and English.
